We, the undersigned, do hereby petition both the City of Santa Ana and the Orange Unified School District to install improved overhead lighting and pedestrian flashing lights within the crosswalk in front of Fairhaven Elementary School at Fairhaven and Old Grand in order to improve public safety and to provide better protection for our children.
