Please let the Atchison, Kansas' City Commission know that you support the ownership of small, pet flocks of chickens in city limits. By doing so, you will not only be saving Juli's chickens she works for during Autism therapy, but the chickens of several other families.

I support having small flock animals such as chickens and rabbits. There are some in my neighborhood and I enjoy seeing them around.

Seeing is Caring. I found Mayor's comments insulting and believe it should raise a red flag when creating policies that stray from the trend. Maybe I don't want to see his dog house? Chickens don't equate to hillbilly as he insinuates and don't need a hefty fee or privacy fences.
