In compliance with section 4.7.4 of the Glenhaven bylaws, by signing this petition I am providing a written request for a special meeting of the Glenhaven membership for the purpose of removing Board Members from the HOA Board of Directors.

The feedback from our neighbors continues to reflect a deep concern regarding the current leadership of the board. I am presently finalizing the formal documentation required to initiate the special meeting process with the property management office. Your continued participation provides the necessary foundation for these procedural steps.

The level of participation in this effort has reached a threshold that ensures our request for a special meeting will be taken seriously. This momentum reflects a clear consensus that the current direction of our association requires immediate review.

Mortgage is under the names Jonathan Kull and Anna Kull. Our Glenhaven mail usually has Jonathan’s name on it. Signing for our household.
With many members telling our board we want the seats filled and some of the bored is clearly ignoring those requests, they are no longer working for us. With how the last recent meetings have gone there is sure something fishy going on to where we feel they are hiding something and waiting for someone to apply that will serve their own agendas. Very sad.
Seats at the table are being left empty intentionally. If people are willing to serve us, then we should let them especially if they have the knowledge needed to do so.
Are you saying elected board members from the last election in Feb. 2019? By the way, I did not know about this meeting tonight.
If the board is holding subversive meetings without being posted the required number of days it should be stopped immediately. We went through rogue board in the past and GLC does not need to go through it once again.

The board has been acting like they own the place for way too long. We need transparency and some new faces in there before they run this neighborhood into the ground.
