I am the owner of bridge autos sw16 car and van sales.

I would like to ask for your help and support with my petition to network rail. I have agreed a two year contract for 4 Ellison road with network rail. However since the squatters or unwanted guests caused the fire at 2 Ellison road, with had no connection to bridge autos, network rail have decided not to go ahead with our contract. They want to leave the buildings empty again till they develop them which I know will not be for at least two years. No doubt by then there will be more squatters. I have had to chase strangers away from 2 Ellison road on a number of occasions and belive streatham as a community should not have to face this kind of anti-social behaviour in our friendly neighbourhood.since I have been there I have done my best to make the area look better, I brought trade and jobs to the area,and on speaking to local traders and we find we are liked and wanted in the community of streatham common. Unlike network rail how intend on leaving our fantastic space derelict for the next two years.in the near future I intend to refurbish the building into 8 office spaces in the upstairs and the rear of the building to rent out to local start up businesses.i also would like to use the shop front as a deli and our large room as an arts studio to support the youth of streatham.
