Stockton Borough Council in conjunction with tees active want to close the indoor bowling club at Billingham forum. They want to extend the gym next door as this makes more money than the bowls. Tell me if I am wrong but I thought the council were here to provide a service to the public. NOT JUST TO MAKE MONEY. If what they want to do happens it will close on the 1st week in September.
