The people making these decisions clearly dont know the geography of Scotland. Dont let them move it.
My husband works in the service and he is terrified about what this means for response times. Absolute madness to shut this down.
Stupid move. People in the central belt wont have a clue where places like Dyce or Westhill are. Seconds save lives, keep it in the north east.
This is ridiculous. Local knowledge is essential for the emergency services. Aberdeen needs its own control room!
Keep it local. Centralisation never works properly for the north.

What happens when someone cant describe exactly where they are because of panic? A local operator would know the area. Save Aberdeen control.
