Final supporters
It is a place which has taught me much more than I ever thought it would. And despite all the hardships and pain I have endured within those walls, I've come to appreciate my highschool for what it is - not just a pile of bricks, but a home, a community, a safe place, a new beginning.
It is filled with some of the most selfless, supportive determined and kind people you will EVER meet, and against all odds they've fought for this school with all their might -
Now it's our turn to fight for what WE believe is right.
I don't know of this will make a difference, or if this is deep and moving enough to get your attention - I have no idea if anyone will see this petition, let alone sign it, but I've learned that no matter what, you MUST keep TRYING, pushing and defending your cause.
This is our cause and I hope that you will join me and my second family in this fight against the odds.
Our school is The Humanitarian High School in Sliven, Bulgaria and if there's one thing we've learned in all our years there, it is that you should never lose faith in humanity and the kindness of the people around the world. And now I'm counting on you, whoever you may be, to please support us by giving something as small as your signature. It is something seemingly insignificant that will make all the difference.

Аз съм от първия випуск на Хуманитарна гимназия “Дамян Дамянов “. Помня всяка стъпка от началото ѝ. Създадена е с толкова любов и така трябва са продължи,а не да бъде обезличена! Давам 100%-я си глас за това!
Защо затваряте това училище, където могат да бъдат приети ученици с идеята това да е мечтаното училище за тях, да завършат мечтаната специалност, да работят мечтаната работа?? Вие убивате мечтите на всички нас. Замислете се над постъпката си и решете дали искате да убиете една детска мечта.
Като ученик на друга гимназия, смятам, че е абсолютно некоректно да се закрие ХГ по този начин без дори да се направи опит да се "спаси"
This is one and unique high school, which can't be replaced in the small city of Sliven. Please don't shut it down, it has much more potential than what actually seems to have.
Защо по-средата на годината ? Имаше ли решение на Отдела по образованието към общината ? Обсъждана ли е промяната и как ще рефлектира на икономиката на Сливен ?
Трябва да запазим Хуманитарната гимназия!!!

Closing a school is like making a really bad life decision, realizing it, but doing it still... The difference is this decision would affect not just you but a whole community. It's beyond stupid, it's catastrophically ignorant.
