San Rafael Special Recreation Management Area activity plan should not eliminate pre-existing routes and vehicle dispersed campsites that have not been properly identified by the BLM. Access and related activities in these areas should not be eliminated, nor restricted. We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge our leaders to act now to encourage the BLM and Emery County to properly identify and allow continued access to pre-existing routes and vehicle dispersed campsites in the San Rafael Swell.  Please keep in mind that we are not asking to open any new routes, or sites, we are only concerned with those that are pre-existing.
