We the undersigned do hereby agree with and support by our signatures below, S.A.G.E' s advocacy for a homicide unit for the Wilmington Police Department. We believe without a manned homicide unit the prospect of solving increased homicides in Wilmington will continue to stagnate. Meanwhile families who need justice as a part of their healing process continue to suffer.
The climb toward two hundred fifty signatures has been draining but necessary for the families waiting for answers. These signatures prove that we see the stagnation in our streets and refuse to accept it. Please keep pushing this forward because we cannot afford to let this momentum fade now.
