We, the majority of homeowners in Rolfield, wish to have an annual community wide yard sale with the date to be determined by majority vote. This yard sale will be the sole responsibility of the participants and, as such, they will also carry the responsibility for any advertisement of said yard sale. In a previous attempt to amend the association's position on this it was unclear as to the quantity of yard sales allowed. This is for one, and only one, community wide yard sale per year. As you sign this petition you should also submit two preferred dates for said yard sale.
