http://www.dslreports.com/forum/remark,26340355?r=596#26340355 At the above link you will find similar reports from several Rogers Extreme(plus) and Ultimate internet subscribers ($69 - 99 /mo + fees, taxes). In recent days we have all experienced very slow download speeds of .1 mbps to 2 mbps. In most cases rogers techs on the phone and in person have confirmed our lines and equipment are not the problem. In many cases we have replaced our modems to rule out hardware cases. Rogers consistently blames us the customer for its own network issues. Rogers please acknowledge the problem, fix your network, and improve your tech support to stop forcing the burden of proof and time on us the customer instead of you the large corporation.

I am still receiving messages from people dealing with the same crawl speeds despite switching out their hardware. Rogers is still ignoring the evidence so I need you to email your local representative about this ongoing service failure today. Post the link to this petition on your Facebook wall right now to keep the pressure on them.

The momentum behind this petition is undeniable and shows that Rogers cannot continue to ignore these network failures. Now is the time to turn this pressure into action. Call your local representative today and demand they investigate these massive service gaps.

RIDICULOUS. cant even stream a movie without it buffering every 5 seconds. sick of paying full price for this garbage.

paying $90 a month for speeds from the 90s is a complete joke. tired of their tech support reading from a script when its obviously a node issue in my area.
