In recent days we have all experienced very slow download speeds of .1 mbps to 2 mbps. In most cases rogers techs on the phone and in person have confirmed our lines and equipment are not the problem. In many cases we have replaced our modems to rule out hardware cases. Rogers consistently blames us the customer for its own network issues. Rogers please acknowledge the problem, fix your network, and improve your tech support to stop forcing the burden of proof and time on us the customer instead of you the large corporation.
