The RIZE residents would like the pool area to be open during normal operating hours, including the Spa.

It is understood that the COVID-19 pandemic has limited the use of public spaces. Nevertheless, other public amenities and businesses are open at normal hours. Therefore, the pool and spa area should be open for normal hours as well.

We understand by using these amenities, we are at our own risk.

This petition is in response to the use of these services as contractually described in our lease agreement. If no action is taken, we are committed to filing a complaint with corporate.
