The park is completely pitch black before the official closing time and it prevents everyone from using the facility safely. Reach out to your local parks department representative today to demand that they install lights at Riverside. We need to force a conversation with the city council about these operating hours.

The momentum behind this push for lights at Riverside is growing fast. We have enough energy now to demand a meeting with the city council. Email your local representatives today and tell them the park needs to be usable until closing time.

need to be able to ride after work. 8pm curfew is lame.
honestly so many kids r there in the dark trying to skate. its a major accident waiting to happen.
riverside is great but this would make it 100x better. let the kids use the park for the full hours posted.
RIDICULOUS that we have a park open till 11 but no way to see anything after 8. just put some floodlights up already.
my son loves skating there but he has to come home way too early because its pitch black. get some lights up!

Its dangerous without lights. cant see the ledges once the sun goes down. fix it.
