BIFFA waste is appealing Warrington Borough Council's decision to refuse their proposed extension to the Risley landfill site. The site has existed for more than 27 years and the Risley Landfill Opposition Group and the people signing this petition seek to oppose any more tipping at Risley - enough is enough.
