This is a Vale of Glamorgan project that will only affect the residents of Cwrt-Yr-Ala Road (and the surrounding streets, all who have to use Cwrt-yr-Ala Road,) This narrow road, which is situated outside of the Vale of Glamorgan, and falls under the boundary of Cardiff Council. Unbelievable.
I object to this proposal as a caerau resident on the edge of Cwrt yr ala rd I feel this is not a sensible proposal for the community. Not to mention the price of houses dropping in the area there is the safety of 3 schools and a park to consider as well as the disruption to the road users in the surrounding area
I worked near a landfill site for a number of years and it was disgusting and unhygienic. Now they expect us to live near one and bring our children up near one?! I will never approve of this and neither will anyone else living in the community!
this is the wrong place to put this site we have 3 schools off heol trelia with busses that go to mary immaculate every day plus a busy bus rout and this site would have ti use heol trelia to get to cwrt-yr-ala rd before getting to this site they are proposing this must be stopped
Too close to residential area absolutely ridiculous they haven't informed residents. Another cunning plan to obtain planning permission by stealth without the knowledge of people actually affected by the proposed plans. I for one object in the strongest possible terms.

when the wind blows in certain ways all of the area will smell especially in the summer I have lived in this environment before and it is not pleasant

This is an area in which alot of locals still use to walk dogs and go on long walks. To have this area as a landfill site will ruin one of the only remaining places in the area that has great sites for people of all ages
