We all want to do the right thing. We all want to make sure Baby Jane is safe.
Other events in the world have distracted people from this situation sadly. Everything from Tornadoes to earthquakes to revolutions across the world.
I thank and love everyone who helped with this petition, and with helping bring justice for Baby Jane.
By the way, June 1st there was a rally in New Cumberland W.V. supporting Baby Jane. Apparently, Janes mother and her have left town. Tyler Graham is still in town.
Tyler Grahams trial is in September and it seems as though the message got across that the public won't sit by and watch the authorities do nothing to protect children.
Though this petition was not successful, the people who supported Baby Jane were, and thats what counts!

This is a petition in response to a Weirton, West Virginia U.S.A. rape investigation involving a 2 year old child that now has an STD. The person alleged in the investigation as having raped the 2 year old has the same STD. May 13th 2013, this person was granted bail for a mere $50,000 U.S. dollars. For such a heinous allegation, $50,000 U.S. is far too small of a bail amount. This petition is to demand that the alleged in the case have their bail revoked. No bail, or a substantially higher dollar value attached to the bail should be considered in a case such as this. All people are invited to sign if you can. The West Virginia court system needs to hear everyone's voice right now. More information on this case can be found by searching for Weirton, West Virginia, there is lots of media coverage of this case already so it shoould not be hard to find out more. A second petition has also been started to investigate the Judge who allowed the accused child rapist out on a $50k bail.

How can they give him bail after what they say he did to a baby? This makes me sick to my stomach. He belongs in a cell not out on the streets of our town.
50k is nothing for a crime like this. lock him up and throw away the key.
I hope he never sees the light of day again. Poor baby had to go through that and he gets to pay some cash and go home? So wrong.
