The growth of this petition shows we have reached the threshold required to demand a formal review of the bail conditions. I am preparing a packet of these materials to deliver to the District Attorney office this week to ensure they recognize the public safety concerns surrounding this release.

Total joke of a justice system. $10k bail for rape and armed robbery? What is going on in Jackson? Get him off the streets now.

This is completely insane. How is he allowed back on the street after all that?? My heart breaks for the victim who has to live in fear while he walks around free.
