Review of Buckshaw Village service provider
This petition is for the residents of Buckshaw Village to review the services provided by RMG to Buckshaw village and the services of other facilities management companies with the view of selecting the best facilities management company with regards to cost and service provided.
Residents of Buckshaw village pay a nominal fee every year to RMG and seem to have no say in how or why their money is spent in the way it is. Some will agree that RMG are doing a good job and that the majority of the village is kept in good order, but are they doing the best job at the best price. Are they continually reviewing costs of contractors to ensure that the collected fees are being spent in the most efficient way? Are they taking steps to generate feedback from the residents to ensure that the quality of service delivered is satisfactory? Are they listening to the residents about what THEY want?
There are approximately 2500 homes on buckshaw village so there would need to be in excess of 1250 signatures on the petition to move forward so please share this petition with your fellow residents.
Once a successful number of signatures has been recived, RMG will be contacted to inform them of the petition and offer them the opportunity to attend a meeting with the residents to answer any and all questions that the residents of Buckshaw Village may have. During this meeting, two other facilities management companies should also be invited to show the residents what they may offer in terms of quality of service and cost for the maintenance and upkeep of the village. It should then be down to residents to decide who should continue managing the facilities of Buckshaw Village.
