On June 18th, 2020 a mob tore down the Statue of
George Washington in Portland Oregon, robbing the people of that community of
their voice and vote. Please join me and others in demanding that the statue be
repaired and restored. Also join me in demanding that those responsible be
brought to justice.
The momentum behind this movement proves that people are tired of the lawless vandalism destroying our history. We are forcing the city to reckon with their failure to protect our monuments and punish the culprits.

What they are doing does not serve their purpose. Tax payers will have to fix all the damages that they are allowing them to destroy. Its just fun for most of them.

We should be able to have statues of our founding fathers up; George Washington's face is NOT racist. Don't let extremist ideologies make us ashamed of our history!

Our historic monuments should be protected! Where is the personal accountability for these hoodlums that are ravaging our community and vandalizing our monuments?
