WBAI Radio has abruptly terminated Randy Credico's widely praised program "Julian Assange: Countdown to Freedom" for reasons it refuses to reveal. But station management can be persuaded to change its mind if enough listeners protest.

With Joe Biden doubling down on Trump’s efforts to imprison Assange for up to 175 years – and the cowardly corporate media turning its back on Assange after winning countless awards by publishing his exposes of U.S. war crimes – Julian needs all the help he can get. And the help that Randy has been providing is vital.

As you know, Randy is a renowned political satirist, civil rights activist and former director of The William Moses Kunstler Fund For Racial Justice. For the last 4 years he has been providing profound insights on Julian Assange's political case and what it means in a historical context for today's truth tellers.

Randy visited Julian at the Ecuadoran embassy in London and is actively coordinating public support for him in the U.S. and abroad. Because he has a knack for circumventing media disinformation and official deceit, he is able to bring his audience live-audio debriefings from Assange’s defense attorneys and frontline reports from the journalists, whistle blowers and activists who are fighting to protect Assange from a lifetime sentence behind the bars of a U.S. maximum security penitentiary.

Every week Randy has been delivering explosive inside scoops and analysis by prominent guests like Cornel West, John Pilger, Stefania Maurizi, Max Blumenthal, Aaron Maté, Ben Norton, Stephen Kinzer, Abby Martin, Craig Murray, Nils Melzer, Jesselyn Radack, John Kiriakou, George Galloway, Roger Waters, Greg Palast, Harry Belafonte, Pamela Anderson, Lee Camp, Margaret Ratner Kunstler, Frank Serpico, Ralph Nader, Ray McGovern, and many more.

Small wonder his program has a huge world-wide audience and is praised by leading progressive voices. Until now, WBAI, led by Randy’s broadcasts, has been a beacon of sanity and justice in the fight to get Assange released so Wikileaks can continue holding powerful governments accountable for crimes against humanity.

Please help continue this effort by signing the petition to restore "Assange: Countdown to Freedom" to WBAI's airwaves.
