Security is currently seriously compromised and pedestrian traffic wanders throughout the Pavilion Condominium without any accountability. Channel 35 is a network controlled computerized system for ingress into the common areas of the Condominium integrated between the Association Office and Front Desk Security Station. Channel 35 provides enhanced safety and security; it identifies owners and guests immediately while assisting Security in engaging and stopping trespassers and those that have no business here.
We paid for Channel 35 in the 2010 Special Assessment

El Canal 35 proporciona mayor vigilancia y seguridad; Identifica a los propietarios e invitados inmediatamente mientras asisten al equipo de seguridad en la identificación y la reducción en el ingreso de intrusos y los que no tienen ningún razón estar en el Pavilion. El canal 35 se puede recibir en cada receptor de TV en su unidad del Pavilion.

I have been walking the halls and listening to your stories about the strangers wandering our common areas. It is clear that we feel just as unsafe as I do in my own home. I am currently compiling these experiences to present to the board because we deserve the security we already paid for.

Seeing this level of support confirms that I am not the only resident who feels unsafe leaving my front door. The board can no longer ignore that we all deserve the basic security features we already paid for.

Pavilion, PH 10. Also installation of cameras at different locations certainly will improve the performance of our security department.
Either restore Channel 35, or return part of the monies we paid via special assessment to have this Channel installed.

We need more security. I think we should get even more channels to Public areas like the entrance to the condo from the beach. Door keeps breaking the lock should be changed to a magnet to make sure it actually locks
