In order to stop PCM profiteering, dishing out parking tickets to residents and genuine visitors, changing the parking rules and regulations as and when it suits them, dictating how many visitor parking vouchers residents are entitled to per year and all without consultation with service charge paying residents - we call for RESIDENTS PARKING PERMITS and visitor parking vouchers with the option to purchase additional permits if required. An altogether more sensible and cost effective solution!
