In order to stop PCM profiteering, dishing out parking tickets to residents and genuine visitors, changing the parking rules and regulations as and when it suits them, dictating how many visitor parking vouchers residents are entitled to per year and all without consultation with service charge paying residents - we call for RESIDENTS PARKING PERMITS and visitor parking vouchers with the option to purchase additional permits if required. An altogether more sensible and cost effective solution!

Rediculous situation with no consultation and giving a few days notice for this to be organised. All our vp bays near us are now empty moving the problem onto ingress park avenue and leaving many bays empty!! Rediculous not solving anything just making it worse
I pay enough in service charges I think is only reasonable to allow my daughter and grandchild to come and see me each day
I was quite shocked at this move which seems completely against the best interests of the residence, but in favour of a company who give nothing back to the estate. Surely the estate management company are supposed to work for the interest of the residence NOT a private parking company. where was the consultation??
What an absolute shambles. Year 2017 and instead of online permit systems, we need to order paper vouchers. People park their vehicles ridiculously on streets. Ingress Park is supposed to be an exclusive development but sadly becoming a funfair.
In complete agreement. Our legal lease does not have a limit as to how many visitors we can have. We all have the right to pass and repass as genuine leaseholders!
My daughter has just moved into this estate I think it’s ridiculous that there are no visitors parking places available without permits.
Very glad someone is now attempting to sort out this parking problem.

People are parking dangerously as PCM are controlling spaces that were free before. There are no disabled bays or provisions for disabled people either - it's disgusting. The parking was fine before PCM came here.
