My daughter has just moved into this estate I think it’s ridiculous that there are no visitors parking places available without permits.

The PCM operations at Ingress Park are by no means "in the best interests of the residents"... As a resident of over 10yrs, never once have I nor my neighbours been offered a voice to express any opinions on this subject before any decision(s) were made & enforced. Residents are constantly penalised, extorted through unfair, irrelevant 'money grabbing' fines for parking within an allocated 'safe' parking space (inkeeping with the High Way Code) at every opportunity. Ingress Park was once a sort after location... A distant memory now, unfortunately.

The parking situation on Ingress Park is absolutely ridiculous and we have had no consultation on the matter.

The sooner PCM have nothing to do with parking in Ingress Park the better. They cause distress and misery wherever they go. Once fined me as I couldn't park in my OWN space as someone was in it and I had to use a VP. Their director is a total disgrace rude, arrogant and lazy - takes the money of hard working residents to line his own dirty pockets. Get rid!

Roads have become dangerous, let people use the VP bays to park in! They are out of way of traffic. An accident is waiting to happen, deal with this before someone gets hurt and let people use the VP bays as before. It worked!

The system was fine before. This new system just seems like a way for PCM to charge us even more money. Absolutely ridiculous!

Not happy with the New Purple book system.
Its not practical for many of us as I have spoken with neighbours etc...

I was quite shocked at this move which seems completely against the best interests of the residence, but in favour of a company who give nothing back to the estate. Surely the estate management company are supposed to work for the interest of the residence NOT a private parking company. where was the consultation??
