We, the undersigned citizens of Forsyth County, Georgia, hereby request that the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners rescind the proposed $22 million dollar transportation project to widen Castleberry Road from Bethelview Road three miles north towards downtown Cumming, Georgia until a new traffic study can be performed by a new independent company. We feel that rescinding this project is necessary as there has been insufficient proof that this project should take priority over other transportation projects in the County and that the residents of Forsyth County have been mislead to the importance of this project.

The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners finally has to pay attention to our movement because the pressure is building too fast to ignore. They thought they could force this wasteful project through without anyone noticing their deception but they were dead wrong.

Just leave it alone. We dont need all this construction traffic for the next 3 years.
This whole plan seems totally rigged. Nobody asked for this.
Who actually signed off on this? Highway 9 needs the work way more than Castleberry ever did.
THE TRAFFIC IS BAD BUT THIS WONT HELP ANYONE. WASTE OF TAX DOLLARS.
Too much growth already. Slow down the road crews and look at the real numbers.
Highway 9 widening is a better idea.

Fix the potholes on Bethelview first. Stop wasting our money.
