We the undersigned residents of New Market Township hereby request the Capital Road proposal known as the Wagon Wheel Livery Lane Area Road project be quashed (desist and decease) in favor of a new resolution and proposal for a Livery Lane Maintenance Road project of a 'mill and 2" resurface with asphalt gutters substantially equivalent to the original road.
The new Livery Lane project will be accomplished within maintenance budgets without special assessments as prescribed by state laws.

Capital Road is still trying to force this project down our throats despite knowing we cannot afford their bloated proposal. I am currently digging into their budget records to expose why they refuse to stick to the basic maintenance we actually need. Do not let these bureaucrats think we will just roll over while they raid our pockets for a road we did not ask for.

Capital Road is finally feeling the heat because this momentum proves we are not going to sit back and let them destroy our neighborhood budget. They thought we would just roll over for their bloated proposal but now they have no choice but to listen to our demands.

New resolution and proposal is desired and requested by the neighborhood residents. The Capital Road proposal should be quashed as the testing and evaluation reports do not support such a proposal and is viewed as a mismanagement of tax monies. This exercise is an opportunity for the residents and govt. to work together to resolve an issue based upon the facts and what is reasonable and warranted. Failure to recognize this opportunity and act upon it would truly be a shame and an egregious deviation from the govt.'s purpose to work with and for the taxpayers. My address is 9651 Livery Lane, Lakeville.
The gross and willful misrepresentation of the Livery Lane testing, evaluation and report of current conditions is grounds to delegitimize all work and approvals that have been done to date. This project should be quashed now!
We will require multiple options in the future.
Do not agree with proposal. Try maintaining our roads (that we paid for ) or find lower cost alternative. Credit the taxes we paid that were not used as appropriated too towards the final decision.

We have paid taxes to the township for 22 years with the expectation Livery Lane would be maintained appropriately. Now that we are being told the roads have been neglected beyond repair, for the township to ask or require we pay for half of the new construction is completely unacceptable. 9375 Livery Lane
