There have been reports of non-residents (random people from the street) entering the property and accessing the pool.

Currently, anyone can access the pool area via the exterior gates by reaching over and opening the gate from the inside. This makes security fob access on the exterior gates to the pool area useless.

This is a petition for a meaningful solution.

The residents of The Edge at Polaris demand that property management lock and secure the exterior access to the pool, and require entry through the clubhouse for pool access. Depending on the time of day, this will require key fob use once or twice for residents to gain access to the pool. This ensures a more secure residential experience and eliminates trespassing in the pool area.
