Gov. Brown rerouted this money just days after it went through. Why is no one outraged?
They are targeting pepole that have an addiction to ciggerates. This is pathetic and shouldn't be lawful . These people need help not punished
$5 a pack a year ago to 9.95?! Wtf Cali I thought $7 not $9.95. Deceitful and only 13% went to anti smoking campaign if you read the proposition. 87% goes to political funds
shame on you Californians who vote something like this, we all are paying too much tax to fat corporates & politicians, thats not enough? inorder to help another human being, who has depression or anxiety or bipolar, smoke actually helps them to coop, and you call yourselves humans? judge noone or you will be judged, I will start laughing on you when they increase tax on Meat, Gas, Alcohol & Wines, Drinks... you are bunch liberal numb-nuts !
Prices of my brand jumped from 5 to 8 bucks per pack I voted against 2tax which unfairly passed where did extra dollar come from and BTW WHERE DOES THE $$$ GO HELLO PEOPLE WE KNOW YOU HATE SMOKERS BUT TO MAKE US DONATE TO POLITICIANS WHO DONT CARE OR LISTEN TO ANY OF US IS UNJUST UNFAIR UNLAWFUL AND UNAMERICAN!!!

Prejudiced tax hikes are unconstitutional. Taxes on Tobacco are already disproportionate to US average rates. Liberals need to learn to manage the existing tax revenue instead of increasing taxes.
