The ballot makes no sense, Tabacco companies are mandated to put warning labels on all products if people are to dumb to read them than that's their problems
You become an adult at the age of 18. You should be able to make the decision whether you want to smoke or not.

18 year Olds have the right to die for our freedom, they deserve the right to smoke a cigarette or whatever their preference is involving tobacco
