Judge Julie Kunce Field: Petition to Remove Her From The 8TH Judicial District Court

The hereby undersigned demand that Judge Julie Field be removed from her position as District Court judge of the 8thJudicial District in the State of Colorado. Judge Field has demonstrated a lack of judiciary character and has not upheld the canons of judicial conduct. We respectfully direct ourgrievancesto the Colorado Legislature (Governor), the only organism to carry out such a procedure. We wish to let it be known that Judge Julie Kunce Field:
A. Violates Colorado judiciary conduct by allowing bias andprejudiceto influence her decisions in the courtroom.
B. Carries out proceedings and reaches verdicts without admitting important evidence that may influence her decisions in the courtroom.
C. Does not uphold the well being of the family as a priority and abuses her power by stripping parents from seeing their children causing great grievance and suffering.
D. Is not competent in her functions. The judge does not operate in an impartial manner to the detriment of children and families who suffer the consequences of her actions.
E. Allows specific political interests to inform her judicial actions.
This petition is presented by the citizens of Colorado who have witnessed the egregious and non-judicial conduct of Judge Julie Kunce Field in regards to the case of Stacy (mother) and Jaden (son) Lynne, FortCollinsColorado.
1. The judge refused to hear the testimony of Stacy Lynne's witnesses
2. Gave full custody to a father whohad notbeen part of the child's life.
3. Absent parent did not present any evidence that would support the removal of Stacy's son from her care.
4. Judge ruled that Stacy pay $14,000.00 within 30 days or be jailed.
It is important to note that this is not an isolated case, but rather a consistent pattern of abuse of power that is prevalent throughout Colorado's judicial, criminal and legal systems. However, Stacy Lynne was specifically targeted and then punished because she was addressing political issues that were contrary to the special interests which control the City of Fort Collins, Colorado.
We, the citizens of Colorado,requestthat the Governor of Colorado perform a great moral service to the State of Colorado by removing and banning Julie Kunce Field from her position as a Judge in the 8th Judicial District.

I have spent the last few days reading through the stories you all are sharing in the comments and it is clear that Jaden and Stacy are not the only ones who have been failed by this system. The pain caused by these judicial decisions is overwhelming but your willingness to speak out is bringing real clarity to the situation.

Seeing this grow makes me feel heard after so many months of feeling completely ignored by the court system. Thank you for standing with Stacy and her family because your support proves that we are no longer fighting this battle in silence.

She Over Sentences and has no consistency. May as well let the DA sit on the bench be cause all she does is what the DA wants!
This judge is incompetent and unable to make proper decisions. She does not understand the dynamics of domestic violence and continues to harm children in custody cases.
This woman should not be a judge, allowing a man to have his bond lowered after he destroyed this baby's life along with the baby's parents life!
So disappointed in the character of Julie Kunce Fields and her abuse of power.
from everything I know about this judge she is biased and unable to see what is in the best interest of others and the law. I know of more than this one case where she has ruled outrageously against a woman who did nothing to deserve the charges.

She should be removed from the bench with extreme prejudice. Her conduct was vile, her ruling based on false statements and sided with someone who testified that they were going to shoot me on sight. She ripped child from her father with no remorse or empathy. I will dedicate my life to making sure she is held accountable for her actions.
