Horrific company. Totally miss-leading from PureGym to suggest ‘free’ parking. No member should ever be slapped with a fine for parking in the gym car park!
Smart Parking are a fraudulent disgrace and should be removed as operator of this car park, before the majority of members quit Pure Gym (forcing the gym to eventually close down). I will definitely be quitting Pure Gym if Smart Parking are not removed. A barrier system with an access control code or scanner would be much better.
Harassed me for almost a year. Nothing but bullies! Left me feeling anxious and paranoid every time I attend the gym which isn’t good for my epilepsy.
Hardworking gym goers (some are young students with little income ) are being fined for being loyal patrons of this gym. Disgraceful. Smart parking we’re chased out of Basildon for ruining businesses. They have done the same here . Gym members handing money to Pure Gym are being punished as members . No longer affordable to be a member. Too stressful to fight parking fines
The company literally try to extort money out of legitimate customers of pure gym. I’ve had first hand experience of their frankly illegal business practice to the point that I have seriously considered changing gyms.

On a number of occasions the validation machine has been out of action and not been able to register the vehicle. Even after appealing and proving evidence of being in the gym for the allotted parking time this was not accepted. Not a useful system and only used for parking operators to profit from people exercising.
