On a number of occasions the validation machine has been out of action and not been able to register the vehicle. Even after appealing and proving evidence of being in the gym for the allotted parking time this was not accepted.
Not a useful system and only used for parking operators to profit from people exercising.

The parking is for pure gym or the players lounge. If your a paying patron of either of these you should be exempt from any fines or charges.

Customers should not be fined for using the car park if they can prove they were using the gym at the time. The parking should support gym members and deter those who are not customers from parking there. Smart Parking causes stress and anxiety to customers when they are trying to improve their wellbeing by visiting g the gym!
