they finally took the cameras down and stopped those unfair fines. it took a lot of noise from all of us but we actually won. just keep an eye out for any new signs popping up because we want to make sure these cameras stay gone for good.

Queuing to get food, petrol or stopping in the case of an emergency?. There is growing concern on the amount of people that are being fined for being in the forecourt area of Esso/McDonald’s for as little as 10 seconds and receiving fines of £100+. This Seems to have been since the Renovation of the new McDonald’s and needs to stop. This needs to be removed as build up of queues to the food chain or the petrol station cannot always be guaranteed

we just hit 250 signatures and it feels wild that this many people are dealing with the same unfair parking fines. it is clear we are all fed up with being trapped in these queues just to get hit with a bill.

im still reading all the stories about people getting hit with these unfair fines while just trying to get gas or food. ive spent the last few days pulling together all the evidence to send over to the company and i wont stop until they acknowledge how broken this system is.

We also have a disabled badge for our son who has a tracheostomy and needed urgent attention. We got a fine which is why I started this petition. They are money grabbers.....
Ridiculous. The only sign to say about this new system is an A4 page that's far enough away that you'd have to leave you vehicle to even see it! By which time you've got a fine for £100+.
Utter craziness! Tickets through people’s doors for minuits or even seconds. Tickets for queuing to get food or petrol... some of these people didn’t even park. Just today I saw a ticket with no arrival time just an exit time. Fair enough stop parking if over 30 mins or so, but to ticket queuing traffic is beyond bonkers!
The parking fine is ridiculous!! My husband pulled over to drop my nephew off. He didn't get out of the van or switch it off. He was there 26 seconds and fined.
I collect my daughter from work at McDonald’s at gone 11 most evenings I’m sat in car for like 2 mins so far this week alone I’ve had 5 tickets through post
Ridiculous System. If you are a customer of the garage, to buy a snack or something, you will get a ticket. The owner should get rid before it ruins his business. It has nothing to do with the owner of the Ramada Hotel by the way all!

It is ludicrous having a small piece of land between a garage and a fast food restaurant that can't be used so you are forcing cars to queue on the A2 - absolutely crazy - and if they don't they risk a £100 fine!!
