Our community would benefit having Billy Ludlam back. He has made mistakes and has paid for them . I believe he regrets any wrong doings and would discourage anyone from doing the same. He is a Good person that is not a danger to society, and is truly missed by his friends and family.
Billy made a really bad decision that effected his life and his precious family! None of us are perfect! He has served time for his error of judgement and needs to be released! His children and family need him in their lives. Billy is a good guy! Thank you! God is good!
It's been way long enough. He will be a Much more effective member of society at home with support from his family, friends and church!
Please let Billy come home. His family and Church family need him. He will not be a harm to the county, but he will be an asset for all the good work he will do.
I feel Billy has served his far share of time!! He has been incarcerated longer than some that murder, arrested for drugs & child molesters!!! Billy is sorry for his mistake & I feel he has served way over enough time!!
Billy should be released. Certainly he’s learned his lesson and 27 years for a crime like this is unbelievable. I’d spend more time locking up people in our government
I spent time in prison with Billy, he is an outstanding guy.

Billy is a great guy and this is sad how backwards our system is. I see people every day that should be in prison or gets a slap on the wrist and they get out. But a good man makes a mistake and they lock him up forever. I hope this helps somehow.
