This petition is for our loved one Adam Howard. We are trying to get him an early release from prison. Adam has been a model inmate and has remained demerit free. He has completed numerous programs and has changed his way of life. The parole review Committee did not even give him a chance for a hearing. Adam has NO new charges and got set off 3 years for a violation. While many others with NEW charges have received not only an early hearing but also received an early parole cut. They tell us that they look at each case individually but that is not right nor fair. I’m asking you to please sign this petition that we are sending to the Governor of Alabama to help with Adams case. Thank you all and God Bless!

I have been spending my nights reading through your personal messages and stories about similar injustices in the parole system. These accounts keep me motivated while I prepare the formal documents to send to the Governor regarding Adam.

Seeing this kind of movement brings so much hope back into our home after years of feeling ignored by the system. Knowing that so many people believe Adam deserves a fair path forward keeps me going through the toughest days.

Fair is fair. How can you not look at what this young man has accomplished and at least give him a fair trial. I understand that you can’t look at all cases the same. You can’t compare a murder or child molester to a drug addict or thief but the man is in on a vilolation and has served his time. Let him go home!

Adam deserves justice. Please consider recent law changes and his exemplary conduct during the duration of his current incarceration

Everyone makes mistakes,we all learn from our mistakes, I've known Adam since I was about 12 years old ,he is very kind hearted and has a strong family and friends to back him and support him.

I believe that if a person makes a visible effort to make a change and try to become better we don’t know what they will do until they have been given the Chance . I also believe that the Justice system should be held to a standard of fairness not all others are .after all they hold our live in theyer judgment .

I've lost both my parents and both my brothers. Lesson learned? Time is too precious to waste. Please give Adam a chance to be with his family again. He is a good person.
