Watching the funding for our schools and hospitals get threatened by this reckless borrowing is heartbreaking for my family. I have been spending my nights reviewing the legislative language and it is even worse than I imagined. We need the Governor to use his veto power to protect our future before this damage becomes permanent.

Seeing this groundswell of support has given me so much hope that we can actually protect our schools and health care from these reckless funding raids. I never imagined this many people would join me in telling the Governor to block this bill, but your passion proves that Virginians are paying close attention.

Stop playing games with our budget. We pay enough taxes already without them raiding the education fund for this nonsense.
listen to the governor on this one. we need that money for public safety and health care.
VETO THIS MESS. They just try to sneak this stuff through at the last minute when nobody is watching. Ridiculous.
NO MORE POISON PILLS! Fix the roads the right way or dont do it at all. Tired of these backroom deals.
Do the right thing Gov Kaine. This bill is bad news for Virginia families.

dont touch the general fund. kids in school need that money more than another highway project nobody asked for
