I am currently organizing the collected signatures into a formal document to deliver to the Governor's office. Several local press outlets have requested meetings to discuss the potential impact of these funding cuts on our school districts. We are already paying enough in taxes this is just shifting the burden to schools and teachers who are already struggling.
If they cut more they are just gonna kill the quality of teaching for the next generation. Its a disgrace really.
My kids deserve better than this. Education should be the last thing they touch when looking for money.
Remembering this at the ballot box come election time. Schools are not optional.
KEEP FUNDING SCHOOLS. PERIOD.

Total joke. Stop playing games with our future and find the budget elsewhere. Politicians need to wake up.
