We believe Harry Carter has been wrongly de-registered as the community champion for Elm Drive. The commitment and dedication Harry has shown in his role as Champion for Elm Drive has been exemplary. We do not believe it is fair for him to be punished for any unintentional mistake. We want Harry to be re-instated as the community champion.

We would like Harry back as a CC, as he has a great knowledge with local issues, as a CC myself, it would be a great loss for our communication, that we liaise with.
Its easy to be wise with hindsight. Harry Carter shows real commmunity spirit in giving so generously of his time to provide such a service. This should be encouraged and reinstated.
I fully support Harry Carter, he is decent man honourable champion. Harrow council has no rights to take his name off, when the whole drive is behind Harry.
We strongly feel Mr Carter should be re appointed. He always did more to the community than any Champion could. He is prompt and he is the best person for this position. Elm Drive needs such a dedicated person as crime on this area has increased. Please reinstate his position with immediate effect.
Harry needs to be reinstated. The world has gone crazy in just looking at one minor oversight and forgetting all the good a person does.

54 Elm Drive. This deregistration is unbelievable! Harry is a most conscientious, supportive community champion who spends hours to ensure we live in a safe and happy environment.
