The administration reversed their decision and Anthropology 7 is back on the schedule. It feels like a genuine restoration of trust for those of us who felt left in the dark. I am staying vigilant to ensure our faculty and students remain included in these choices going forward.

Final supporters
We are requesting that Anthropology 7 be reinstated as a late start class for Spring 2013. We are hoping that this will reestablish transparency and trust between Chabot College and the community.

The lack of communication from the administration regarding this cancellation is frustrating but it only confirms why we need this course back on the schedule. Students are still reaching out to me about how this sudden change disrupted their degree plans. We are preparing to present these concerns directly to the department to demand a clearer explanation for this decision.

Seeing this kind of momentum feels surreal because it proves that this class is far more than just a line item to our community. I am grateful that so many of you recognize how much this transparency means for our students and teachers.

Put it back on the schedule ASAP. We deserve better communication than this.
I really needed this unit for my transfer requirements. Now I have to change my whole schedule because they decided to cut it without telling anyone.
Classes like this are why I chose this school. Bring it back.
Totally unfair to the students and the teacher. Transparency is basically non existent here lately.
This is ridiculous. I was literally waiting to get into this class. How do you cancel something after the funding passed? So frustrated with the admin.

What a joke. Prop 30 passed so why are they still cutting stuff? Fix this.
