Dear UCLA Students and Alumni, You likely know about tuition increases and possible cancellation of important academic programs from International Developmental Studies to language majors and UCLA's creative writing program. The Human Complex Systems (HCS) minor degree program may also be in danger despite its popularity, interdisciplinary research focus, and very low cost. Without funding, HCS will die. Please sign this petition! Please show your support for HCS and its key courses: Anthro m186, Anthro 131, Comm Studies 154, Honors m150, Honors 25, Poli-Sci 115D, Sociology 111, and HumCS 100, 100L, 110, and 130. HCS is actually useful compared to half the other stuff they spend money on. Save it.
