We the undersigned would like to bring your attention our discontent with the recent change that was made to our class schedule. We recently learned that SW 5804 Trauma, Substance Abuse, and Violence is no longer being taught by Professor Strickler. For us, this has been of extreme disappointment as we enrolled in Professor Strickler's class numerous weeks ago. Professor Strickler is passionate about social work and has made a great contribution toward our development as professionals. Professor Strickler has demonstrated a wealth of experience and expertise in the field of social work, and as a result we ask that you please reconsider this change and allow her to teach the class.
Our goal as soon-to-be CSULA alumni is to continue developing pride in the education that we have received through the MSW Program. We remain hopeful that as direct consumers our recommendation will be considered. Once again, please reconsider Professor Strickler for SW 5804 .
