Saw a kid fly off one of these in the city last week. No helmet and he hit the pavement hard. We need these companies to do better.
Sick of dodging these scooters on the footpath. They go way to fast and no one wears any gear. Sort it out.
More needs to be done to protect riders. Not everyone has access to credit cards and helmets are easily stolen so that the next rider isn’t protected. The provider of the vehicle needs to be held to some accountability for the protection of the users.
My grandson was involved in an horrific and life changing accident as a result of not being able to access necessary safety equipment before being able to operate an ebike
For Wade. Helmets. Just make this happen. It should be already a compulsory requirement.

My mate is still in recovery after a bad crash. Helmets should be part of the rental process, point blank.
