We, the pilots of Council 1 petition Tim Canoll, the President of ALPA, to direct the VP of Administration/Secretary to call a meeting of Local Council 1 for the recall of the Secretary/Treasurer.
I have been hearing from so many of you about the frustrations that led us here and I am truly humbled by your willingness to speak up. This has become much larger than I ever imagined when I first hit publish. I am doing my best to keep up with the messages and I cannot thank you enough for guiding this process forward.

I truly never imagined that this request would resonate with so many of you in such a short amount of time. It is humbling to see how much this matters to our group and I want to be clear that this momentum belongs entirely to you.

Our MSP reps did an outstanding job of representing us. But our Secretary made his bed with those who blatantly disregarded our demands - thus you have to go. Hopefully he'll have the decency to resign.

I voted No because Jon Lewis said he would have me recalled if I didn't, and he can be really really scary. Remember when he head-butted Monty Montgomery at an MEC meeting? I didn't want that to happen to me.
