Whereas the under signed, petition the Local Executive Council (LEC) and Master Executive Council (MEC) to request an unbiased opinion from the assigned Federal Mediator with regard to withdrawing LOA 65 from the current contract as permitted by the language in the Letter of Agreement. This opinion is being requested to ensure that withdrawing LOA 65 will not affect the Federal Mediators position on Pilot Contract negotiations.

I have been reading through the DMs coming in from base and the frustration is honestly palpable because the lack of clarity on LOA 65 is dragging us all down. I am still trying to get a straight answer out of anyone in leadership about the mediator contact process but for now I am just sorting through all the signatures to make sure we have a solid list when we finally force the conversation.
