The city council voted to keep the land as is and I am truly shocked that we pulled this off. This outcome belongs entirely to you because I was just a person worried about our neighborhood. Please keep paying attention to what happens at the meetings moving forward.
Traffic is already terrible at this intersection. It will only be made worse by stores. There is no need to build a store and cover up every inch of nature left in the area. It would also negatively impact the residential area directly adjacent to it

As a runner who runs or bikes thru this area on a daily basis, I can attest to the numerous other runners and walkers who's safety would be directly impacted by this change. Would prefer to see this area zoned for a doctors office or small local shoes.

My windows will look out at this nightmare of an eyesore. We have more, grocery stores than we need in this immediate area. If you have to build..why not professional offices that will blend into the residential feel of the srea.

I've lived in Chadwyck for sixteen years fully aware that this field would some day be developed. It is zoned commercial and that is how it should stay. Governing needs to go back to being about the people that live in the community. DO NOT PASS THIS PROPOSAL.

O'Fallon does not need another strip mall. There are unfilled units in strip malls on Highway K. There is also no need for a Walmart when there is a Super Center less than two miles down the road. Let's keep the green space! That is what is lacking in O'Fallon, MO!!

Our area is overwhelmed with grocery store & gas station options. This intersection is too busy of a location with the school across the street to warrant any HIGH TRAFFIC businesses. Especially a gas station where people are whipping in & out.
