There is no need for this development in this already busy location! Filling stations with convenience stores are located less than 2 miles to the east and west, and full service grocery stores 2 miles to the north. I shudder to imagine the added congestion and hazards this unwanted business would add to this already burdened area in addition to the newly constructed housing behind Life Church at the corner of Belleau Creek and Mexico Rd. not to mention a place for youth to hang out after school. Please go develop where you are needed and wanted! Thank you.

This is too busy of an intersection for a Walmart and would be the cause of accidents!! More importantly there are too many schools close by including a grade and middle school on Knaust in addition to Fort Zumwalt High School!

Please think of the safety of the people who live in Chadwyck. Traffic is horrible there now. How can you in good conscious make it worse with a elementary & high school affected. Please go sit near that intersection before school starts & when it lets out. Would you want to increase traffic if your kids went to school there.

This area is already busy with the school and normal traffic at Knaust & Mexico. There are already enough grocery stores and gas stations. Another one is not needed nor is the additional traffic needed!

Too close to the school and too much traffic at Knaust & Mexico already. There is a SuperWalmart with food 1.5 miles away, a Shop N Save 1.5 miles away, a Dierbergs' 1.6 miles away and a Schnucks 2.7 miles away. Also, about a dozen Gas Station/Convenience stores within a 2 mile radius. We do not need another grocery nor another gas station in this area. Please sign the petition.

There are enough accidents at this intersection and near the high school. This would be a horrible addition to that corner. How about thinking of putting this up on the northside of O'Fallon since there is no stores up there for the residents.

I live in Avondale Heights Sub. going on 15 years, I believe this is a bad idea. We already have 5/6 Grogery stores. We have regular stores (like Target) that have Market places within. We ALREADY have a Walmart. I'm concerned about the Traffic in Knaust already which has gotten even more since the new highway with many cars cutting through our subdivision. There are mornings we need stop lights within the subdivision and on Knaust. My son will be going to the high school on the corner. Driving through that intersection is dangerous already with the turn lane from Mexico to Knaust. I have seen several close calls of accidents. Please reconsider this awful decision. We need to keep the traffic on K and not in our neighbothoods. Also the Crime would get worse. There has already been a shooting in my neighborhood due to the new highway. We do not need nor do we want this.
