I have finalized the formal letter of inquiry to the HR department regarding the specific protocols used during the dismissal. I am currently coordinating a time to meet with the regional director to discuss the implications of these staff changes.

Eddie was the consummate professional always had a smile and a kind word. One of the best Paramedic team leaders I had the privilege of knowing. Always smart in appearance great listener very supportive. A good man to have around when you needed help and advice.
Eddie has been there for all of us, with upbeat attitude in the hardest of times, impeccably turned out, professional attitudes and above all kindness and compassion to all patients regardless.
I don't think I've ever worked with such a warm, kind and professional person. Eddie is one in a million. I don't know what's happened but he needs to be back ASAP.
Eddie is a fantastic man who was always there to support others. It brings the service into disgrace that he was dismissed for standing up for his and others welfare.
Ridiculous decision. Eddie is the heart of our station and we need him back right now. Total loss of common sense by management.

I know that if I felt I had an issue I needed to discuss, Eddie would be there for me, he would listen and he would support me. This is what a colleague and a team leader does, it is not right that he doesn't get the support he is willing to show others.
