The Computer System Architecture Paper of Delhi University of the batch 2017-2018 1st semester was out of syllabus. Topics were not written in the guidelines but were given in the exam. We want all the students to sign this petition if they agree that some step should be taken against this act of Delhi University without giving any prior information.
