We, the students of NGIT and KMEC enrolled in Project School, strongly object to the decision to re-conduct the recent examination after repeated failures in its administration.

Students faced numerous technical issues during the examination, including server crashes, application failures, login problems, and unexpected interruptions. These issues were entirely beyond the control of students and were the result of inadequate technical preparedness and poor examination management.

The examination had already been postponed multiple times, causing unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Following the completion of our board and semester examinations, students have spent nearly two months dealing with delays, schedule changes, and a lack of clarity regarding the assessment. Now that regular college classes have resumed, students are once again being asked to set aside their academic commitments for an examination that should have been conducted properly in the first place.

The decision to re-conduct the examination places the consequences of management and technical failures on students. Those who prepared sincerely, attended on the scheduled dates, and attempted the examination despite numerous disruptions are now expected to repeat the process due to circumstances entirely outside their control.

We believe this situation reflects inadequate planning, insufficient infrastructure testing, and poor communication. Students should not be penalized for institutional shortcomings.

We therefore request the Project School management to:

• Reconsider the decision to conduct a blanket re-examination for all students.

• Adopt a fair alternative that does not disadvantage students who successfully completed the examination.

• Acknowledge the inconvenience, stress, and loss of time caused by repeated postponements and technical failures.

• Improve technical infrastructure, testing procedures, and communication before conducting future assessments.

As students, we expect assessments to be conducted in a fair, reliable, and professionally managed manner. We urge the management to listen to the concerns of the student community and take a decision that prioritizes fairness and student welfare.

By signing this petition, we support the request for a fair resolution and express our dissatisfaction with the handling of the Project School examination process.

I support the request to reconsider the decision to conduct the re-examination. We have already gone through multiple postponements. Students who have already completed the exam sincerely should not have to repeat it because of problems that were outside their control. I request the management to consider a fair solution that takes the students' efforts and difficulties into account while still ensuring a fair selection process.

I am a Slot 1 user with no prior experience using the Tantrik platform. I faced an initial delay of approximately 30 minutes due to a server issue. Once the test began, I experienced further technical problems where half of the page would suddenly go blank for no apparent reason. At certain points, my code also failed to save, forcing me to rewrite it. Despite these repeated technical difficulties and not being provided with any additional time, I managed to score well. I don't want re-exam

I worked hard for this test.I attempted the test (Slot 1) with my own knowledge.I scored 200/200 in the test.Yet, we are being criticized that we have attempted test unfairly, which is not at all fair.Hence, we request the authority to take a wise and fair decision and consider our score which I got in the test.(20th August 2026)

Unfair(We request the college to consider today’s ANN and CNN test results for PS selection. Although students may have found different slots easy or difficult, I appeared for Slot 2 and faced no technical issues. Therefore, we feel there is no need to conduct the test again. If the exam is reconducted, students who performed well in the first test may not perform equally well again. This could be unfair to those students as well.we kindly request to consider today’s test results as final)

According to me, the whole PS ideology this semester is nonsense. I hope they introduce Pre-FS, which would be equally useful and beneficial to every student. Please stop this division and unfair examination system. If students are divided into different slots, at least set cutoffs based on each slot’s difficulty level. At the end of the day, everyone has worked hard. Let’s respect that hard work and make the system fair and beneficial for every student.

Though the seniors are the ones suffering right now, i want to sign this as such agitation would force the management to take precautions to prevent such irregularities when we will be in their place next year.
