Please help to bring sanity to our city and country by signing to stop a few individuals using the Pf party to illegally put up commercial plots in front of residential plots.
They seem to be a law unto themselves and have no regard for authority.
I appeal to all concerned to petition Chongwe council to quickly bring back sanity to this area before it becomes a compound

1. The proposed commercial shops will bring more chaos than progress. These "commercial shops" do not enough area for both sewer disposal and access water in a 10m x 3m plot. If septic tanks are forced in this strip of land, they will be to many for our underground water supply. 2. Noise pollution. We came to Silverest for peace and quiet. The "commercial shops" are going to bring bars, car wash shelters, taverns. The music from these beer pubs will take away the tranquility we desired. 3. This area needs a police post rather than congestion of human activity in a strip of land in the name of "commercial shops."
