Proxies for The Grand Hamptons Towers Meetings should not be held by employees of FDP or members of current board.
We, the following unit owners would like to express our objection to proxies being held for any General Meeting for The Grand Hamptons Towers I & II by any member of the current Board of Directors. We feel that though this may be 'legal' as per the by laws, that this is a conflict of interest, especially since the President is also a shareholder of G&W. We would like the B.O.D to make it official at their next meeting, that any proxies that have already been collected that will be assigned to a BOD member, should be assigned to a unit owner, who is not running for a position on the Board or is currently on the Board. We ask that these proxies, instead be assigned to any of the Unit Owners serving on The Subcommittee of Billing Procedures.

The Board is ignoring our emails, but the silence only proves why we need to strip them of these proxy powers. Please email your unit representative today and demand that they move all proxies to the Subcommittee of Billing Procedures.

The momentum behind this push proves that unit owners are tired of the current conflict of interest. Email your representative on the board today and demand they reassign those proxies to the billing subcommittee.

Ridiculous that they even allow this conflict of interest. Unit 14C. Stop the corruption.
Only the proxy duly authorized by registered owner or her / his atty-in fact with the power of the SPA can be considered valid and thus, honored. This is SOP in any Board (for that matter), as far as i know.
From Geneva, Switzerland, I will choose my own proxy. Absolutely not right to have any employers as our proxies!
We should not have to file a petition for this. This should be illegal in the first place.
No FDP , current BOD and GH administration personnel can be a proxy. We need clean election of BOD
